If I could give 0 stars I would. BUYERS BEWARE!!! I spent a whole weekend trying to purchase a vehicle with a $5000 down payment and was told my interest rate would be 21-22% making car payments over $500 a a whole weekend trying to purchase a vehicle with a $5000 down payment and was told my interest rate would be 21-22% making car payments over $500 a month after asking for prices MANY times they refuse to show any numbers on paper and any proof of said contract with bank. Needless to say I'm still waiting on my $5000 to be back in my account and went to another dealership and got 9-12% interest rates ... this place is a fraud and the numbers shown on line are not what they demand... it's a scheme to get you in the doors so they can sell you what they want at the price they want... Nothing but problems from the start. Ron Webb was excellent. Your mgmt staff not at all. Unprofessional to say the least. Waited 2 hrs for a photocopy of my registration. That I was told was the orig excellent. Your mgmt staff not at all. Unprofessional to say the least. Waited 2 hrs for a photocopy of my registration. That I was told was the original. Was yelled at loudly by Joe the finance director in front of the staff and customers in the show room. I was told by one of the Mgrs it’s ok to drive without a registration. The car is registered so I don’t need the registration and he knows this because he has a lot of cop friends. And no inspection sticker! Then when they hand me the copy of the registration he thanks the girl for coming in on her day off to get me the registration. I’m sorry if the job was done the registration should have been ready and not locked up as I was told. Apparently everything is always locked up and no one with keys Is ever around. More
