They are only interested in moving vehicles as quickly as possible. I was informed that a ticking sound in a diesel truck is common, and if there are any issues, I shouldn't worry since I have a warranty. Ho possible. Additionally, I experienced a flood during the hurricane, and I believe the sales team took advantage of that situation to sell me a new truck. There has been no follow-up, and no one is standing behind the vehicle. The only solution presented to me was to trade in the truck at a significant loss for a new one. While this may be a high-volume dealership, they do not honor their promises and are very pushy. I do not recommend them, and I am extremely dissatisfied with my service, which makes me question the GMC brand altogether. More
