Friday 4/2/21 I went into Rivard Buick GMC to look at and test drive a 2016 GMC Terrain. I was meet by Sales Representative Ronell Williams. He was very polite and professional as we went through the sales test drive a 2016 GMC Terrain. I was meet by Sales Representative Ronell Williams. He was very polite and professional as we went through the sales process. As he concluded the sale, he offered me a 3-year Protective Service Contract which he described as equivalent to a New Car Warrantee. I accepted the Protective Service Contract at that time and completed the sale. On Monday 4/5/21 I called Mr. Williams and told him I had a problem with the Infotainment system, and he advised me to contact the Service Department and schedule an appointment. I contacted the Service Department and scheduled an appointment for Friday 4/9/21 at 3:00 PM. Friday 4/9/21 at about 3:20 PM I arrived at Rivard Buick GMC Service Department and meet with Mr. Houston Adamo and he told they did not have an appointment scheduled for me. I explained the Infotainment system would periodically stop working and start again. It also has stopped and did not start again until the next day. I was told that it couldn’t be looked at in the time remaining for the shop to be opened. We rescheduled for 4/13/21. I arrived on time and waited for the inspection to be completed. After a 2 ½ wait the Service Advisor told me that the mechanic could not determine what the problem is. He also told me that he couldn’t justify replacing the Infotainment system because it would cost the dealership. I now have a vehicle that I’m not happy with. More

Easiest car buying experience ever. Ronell was a great salesman, not pushy at all. Like the fact you only deal with one person the entire transaction, you're not shuffled between different people trying t salesman, not pushy at all. When I went to pick up the car it wasn't detailed very well but, I think that is due to the color and not being able to see little marks unless in the sun. Ronell said to bring it back and he'll have it taken care of which, I plan on doing soon. Overall great experience though, and a week later I received a box of cookies in the mail as a Thank You....nice touch! More
