This dealership is terrible! We had a deal confirmed for a vehicle arriving in a few days. They took a $1000 deposit. When the vehicle arrived, they never reached out to me despite my multiple attempts to connect via phone calls and emails to Ronnie Howard (GM), Bradford Myles (sales manager), Justin Maize (sales person) and Samir Arias (sales person). When they did finally respond, it was to tell me the vehicle had accidentally been sold to another customer. My belief is they sold it at a higher price to another customer even though we had a deal in writing with a deposit. When I asked them to fix the issue by finding another similar vehicle and matching the original discounts, they said they couldn't find any vehicle similar. They also did not return my deposit for over 2 weeks despite my many requests. I ended up going with Sheehy Toyota which is nearby and they had an exact match. In summary, do not use Heritage Toyota. Do not trust Ronnie Howard or Bradford Myles. They will take your money, never call or email you back, and then sell your vehicle to someone else. More
