I recently bought a Toyota Highlander here and had a great experience. I found the vehicle on autotrader and emailed the dealership because they had the lowest price and the exact model I was looking f great experience. Michael Scholl responded promptly and let me know that it was still available. I told him that I'd be traveling from a few hours away to buy the car, so I needed everything to go smoothly and not have any surprises. We had a phone call where Michael let me know everything he would need to set up the test drive, trade-in, and financing paperwork. He also provided the full out-the-door price after taxes and fees and explained that their dealership tries to be transparent with pricing and does not engage in haggling, which is very appealing to me. When I got to the dealership, everything went smoothly. Michael took me on a test drive and explained all the features of the car. They provided a couple different financing options and let me decide without being pushy in any way. Michael made sure everything was ready to go so that I could be on my way back home ASAP. Ronnie helped me with the financing and signing the paperwork and that all went smoothly as well. Overall I was very happy with my experience and highly recommend Fitzgerald Toyota. More

Quality of service and car made the car worth this purchase. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase. I do think I was mislead with the “ no haggle pricing” as the price on the sticker in the window was not my s Overall I’m very happy with my purchase. The sales and management staff spent great time and care going over the car and details with me. However the finance officer was rude and condescending to me and my parents when questioned. If the car wasn’t something I really wanted his attitude would have made me want to back out of the deal. The detailing was not the best but overall the car is a great purchase. More
