From the moment I walked in the door we had the best experience. Brent was helpful, honest and knowledgeable. He asked a ton of questions which was refreshing. It only took a couple of hours which was fantastic especially on a week night. We went home with a 2019 Subaru Crosstrek. We couldn't be happier. I will not go any place else and will recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to buy a car. More

While awaiting the arrival of my vehicle I could easily access staff by Chat, email or phone for updates. Roree Lewis was so helpful and kept me updated with the status of the vehicle and provided me with information as we requested it. She coordinated with Max the salesperson to make our experience special. Roree's supervisor, Paul Heinrich. also sent me a follow up email to ensure that I was completely satisfied and to ensure that my questions had been answered. We had never met Roree face to face, but when the vehicle arrived and it was time to finalize the purchase, Roree called us and assisted us in scheduling our appointment. Shortly after arriving for our appointment, Roree came over and introduced herself. She seemed just as excited about our new Subaru as we are! Brent Venishel salesman introduced himself and gave a brief overview of the company's sales profile and procedures it was a GREAT! first impression, I felt welcomed & comfortable. Mostly relaxed, to ask lots of questions. Wilsonville Subaru you are the best. 1st Class. After my 1st visit, Brent gave me info and facts on 2 autos that I could take home for reviewing. I returned the next day. I am now the proud owner of a new car. It was so easy to view and inspect their many, Vehicles (undercover) in the building, a great atmosphere, I loved the the pricing and quality. It was a pleasant car buying experience. Roree was quick to contact me after I emailed Wilsonville Subaru and set me up to come in the next day. She also was easy to contact via text messaging and answered all my questions when I had them. Brent was so friendly and welcoming. Brent answered every question and got me all the info I needed to make the best decision with my purchase. I am so glad he was our salesman because I know I got the best deal and it wasn't even what I thought I wanted. He went out of his way to communicate even after we got home. 2 car purchases in 5 hours!!! We were greeted right away when we got there by Brent. It was so nice to work with him from the first hand shake to the final handshake. At no time did we feel pressured or pushed towards certain cars. He was more then willing to let us look at the ones we wanted different models and trims. We had our 2 boys and he even made sure to show them cars they liked so it made them more excited to be stuck there with us. Car buying has always been stressful and something we don't enjoy and he made our experience a good one I would totally go back and buy again from him. We ended up buying 2 cars with in a 5 hour period which included a few laps around the garage, test drive, and paperwork. We appreciate all he did to assist us. More
