The entire process was friendly, transpa The contrast between Jim O'Neal Ford and other dealerships is apparent after even a few minutes conversation. The entire process was friendly, transparent, and straightforward. For this vehicle I shopped dealerships from Indianapolis to Nashville and St. Louis to Cincinnati; there where eight dealerships that had a potential vehicles for me. Amanda Jeffries was on top of my Internet query in seconds; only two other dealerships responded on the same day. Amanda followed up with a very appropriate phone call and an e-mail with additional information; only one other dealership did that. Rory Marker was very helpful during the test drive and information part of the process. Rory was knowledgeable about the model in general and the vehicle in specific. He knew how to read the customer and focused on my needs; this was greatly appreciated. Price negotiations were an important part of my purchase. I feel that Jim O'Neal Ford understood that, responded transparently, and that make the process very positive. Rory was most helpful in making sure the vehicle was prepared for us while Branden Milby and others prepared all the paperwork. During the "finance" phase of the purchase, Branden offered the various service packages (and that was appreciated) but did not push "upsells". In summary, Jim O'Neal Ford got a sale because they acted as a combination of a Internet connected business (thanks Amanda) and a community focused business (thanks Rory and Branden). More

After we bought the car Rory Marker, the salesman , was nice enough to show us how to use some of the options in the car. The whole experience of buying a car was great .
