Worth my loyality I've been loyal to having my car serviced at Gunn Honda since I bought my Fit in 2007, and every time I come, I am very happy with service. It is a l I've been loyal to having my car serviced at Gunn Honda since I bought my Fit in 2007, and every time I come, I am very happy with service. It is a longer drive for me to come to the dealer, but worth it, in that I feel my car is well taken care of, and why it is running so well now. I never feel like they add on extra services that are not needed, but are good about spotting a issue before it comes a problem. This was my first time with Rosa in express service and she was excellent! My previous car, I started off going to the dealer service and then found that it was over priced and not quality work, so I was hesitant with trying out a dealer service again, but Gunn honda on 1-10 has been consistently courteous, high-quality, and fair price for the service. The service department makes me also loyal to Gunn Honda and to get my next car through them. Although with the quality service, it may be a while before I need a new vehicle. More

5 Star + ( Plus ) I bought my 2014 Accord in 2013 and have been back a few times when my maintenance minder tells me to have my vehicle serviced. Excellent Service Rosa was extremely professional. She advised me of the things I needed to do and informed of the time wait. The time wait was going to be long but s Rosa was extremely professional. She advised me of the things I needed to do and informed of the time wait. The time wait was going to be long but she informed me they had a driver who could take me to the mall :) or home, while I waited, of course I chose the mall. The driver also picked me up and brought me back to Gunn Honda. My experience at Gunn as always been great!!! More

Actual, Sincere, Feeling of the desire to want to help me. I felt as soon as I drove in and was approached by an extremely attractive female service person, that I was in good hands and my needs would be handl I felt as soon as I drove in and was approached by an extremely attractive female service person, that I was in good hands and my needs would be handled in a professional and quick manner. The attendant was knowledgeable and precise about the cost and estimated time I would be there. Both very important to me. Only after a few short minutes I was approached with an estimate. Which I agreed to. In a short time after while enjoying my favorite morning TV broadcast of CNN, and sampling the very well stocked snack bar and beverage center. I was again brought up to speed about my car. I was treated with utmost respect, honesty, courteousness. Overall a great visit. Upon leaving grounds and curb appeal was very well kept and clean. My car is running perfectly after it's routine maintenance. More
