While there they let me know there was a recall for my vehicle. They completed my service and the recall in less than 45 minutes and I was on my way to enjoy my weekend! But when I bought my Honda Fit, it was a former lease car with a complete maintenance history. I decided to continue that history with Gunn Honda. The coupons make maintenance affordable. Even when I just bring it in for an oil change, the service department checks everything just to be sure. And I love the 2-year warranty on the tires since my car seems to be a nail magnet. I also appreciate the fact that the service department has several female employees. Lately, it was Rosa Rodriguez who helped me and she was efficient and knowledgeable. More

Oil change They had me at "hello". This was my first time taking my car in for service. I was greeted promptly. They walked me through everything I needed and They had me at "hello". This was my first time taking my car in for service. I was greeted promptly. They walked me through everything I needed and explained different functions on my car that would tell me what services I needed. I told them I needed an oil change and they again explained in great detail what they would be doing to my car and suggested things I might need, but never pushy. I was even allowed to use the coupons I had for my services. They saw that my inspection was due and asked if they wanted me to have them do that as well. It saved me another trip. The overall oil change and tire rotation was very quick. The waiting room was very nice and clean. They called me when my car was ready and rang me up with no problems. A great experience overall. More
