Oil change They had me at "hello". This was my first time taking my car in for service. I was greeted promptly. They walked me through everything I needed and They had me at "hello". This was my first time taking my car in for service. I was greeted promptly. They walked me through everything I needed and explained different functions on my car that would tell me what services I needed. I told them I needed an oil change and they again explained in great detail what they would be doing to my car and suggested things I might need, but never pushy. I was even allowed to use the coupons I had for my services. They saw that my inspection was due and asked if they wanted me to have them do that as well. It saved me another trip. The overall oil change and tire rotation was very quick. The waiting room was very nice and clean. They called me when my car was ready and rang me up with no problems. A great experience overall. More

Oil change in 40 min. That's great Rosa helped me and made everything easy. She was knowledgeable and efficient. Great and friendly service in a timely fashion. I had attempted to get my car serviced twice during spring break but was looking at 3 hr wait time. I came in the early afternoon and lucked out to ha I had attempted to get my car serviced twice during spring break but was looking at 3 hr wait time. I came in the early afternoon and lucked out to have a very little wait time and excellent service by Rosa. She explains what needed to be done and I never felt pressured to do more than what was necessary. I was out in a little over an hour. More

Oil change I bought my car from going Honda and have been taking it to the dealership for regular maintenance since I made the purchase in September. My disclaimer is that I work for a home health company so I drive all day every day and travel out of town on the weekends. So I need Oil changes more frequently. Rosa was really good about Breaking down the price for what services they offer based on whatever codes my car was putting out. We took care of me and I was in and out within the hour because when I arrive nobody else was ahead of me. This was about 830 in the morning and from experience when I brought my car in for tinting it's best to go early. More
