My husband had recently passed away and I was in need of purchasing another vehicle. While searching online on the Valley Honda site I had filled out some information and then started receiving emails from purchasing another vehicle. While searching online on the Valley Honda site I had filled out some information and then started receiving emails from someone named Wade Davis. I wasn’t wanting any contact at that point but it turned out that there was NO pressure in any of his communications. He even made some suggestions that helped guide me in a direction I hadn’t even thought about. My daughter and I ventured into the dealership and met with Wade Davis. This was a very challenging situation for me as my husband was always the one making the deals. I could not have asked for anyone better to help me. He was welcoming, professional, and very knowledgeable. He listened and made suggestions that guided me through the process of deciding what would be best for me. There was never any pressure to add items to a vehicle that I didn’t need. Wade spent a lot of time with my daughter and me. On the test drive he was so helpful pointing out all the bells and whistles that I was not familiar with at all. Wade was so patient and caring and understanding of my situation. I would definitely return to Valley Honda and ask specifically for Wade Davis when it comes time to make another purchase. More
