I was very pleased with the entire process from the moment I stepped onto the lot and was greeted by the salesperson (Tom). Tom was very professional and patient with me during my decision making proc moment I stepped onto the lot and was greeted by the salesperson (Tom). We compared BMW models side by side, I test drove the models I was interested in and even took the car I ultimately purchased to a competitor's lot to compare the competitor's car side by side to the BMW. There was no comparison to the styling and options offered by the BMW. I met the sales manager who made me feel welcomed and treated me as though I had been a long time customer. The Finance Manager (Roshan) was extremely patient and professional. Unfortunately, Toyota Financial never submitted the release of lien to DMV on my trade-in vehicle which had been paid off last year. It took a couple of days and a few phone calls to resolve this issue. Roshan continued with the transaction without hesitation even though DMV records depicted the lien on the trade in vehicle. Finally, I was given an appointment to return to the dealership with my new vehicle for an orientation on the how to use the myriad of options and get the best use of the vehicle's technology. Bryan met my wife and I in the reception area. Just as we had experienced with everyone else at the dealership he was very professional. He was thoroughly knowledgeable on the vehicle and easily answered all of our questions. I have purchased many vehicles over my lifetime and this was by far the best experience and actually enjoyable. More
