We had a great experience at Ross Downing in Hammond with our sales guy, Ross. Everyone was friendly and made the experience enjoyable for us. My one complaint is the interior and exterior detail that was done on my vehicle two days after I purchased my car. When I picked it up, the vehicle had water marks all over the windows and you could easily tell my “detail” was rushed and not properly done. The inside had streak marks from a spray all over my doors, seats, and dash. I was very disappointed because we paid extra for this service and it was clearly done unprofessionally and without care. We called to have this issue addressed and were told the “detailing crew” would be notified of their mistake. I’m hoping that is true because unfortunately this experience negatively represented the dealership. Overall, the purchasing process was great and everyone who helped us was courteous and friendly. More
