when we bought our first Mercedes ML 350 and it is still running until now. They have excellent customer service then so we bought our 2nd Mercedes

They have excellent customer service then so we bought our 2nd Mercedes 2017 GLE from them and still have good customer service, not only sales department but especially service department. Our service advisor Ross Geiger explained very well to us what maintenance service needs to be done. He is knowledgeable, knows what he is talking about. He is professional and courteous.
Our car was ready on time and clean as promised.
Excellent customer service.
If I buy another Mercedes ( if they have a hybrid ) I will get it at Walters Mercedes.
I can't remember all the names, but the service department receptionist who scheduled my appointment was accommodating,
professional and courteous.

My vehicle had an issue that was not familiar to them. So Walter's Mercedes-Benz of Riverside they had the folks from the headquarters come to review the issue, fixed it and it’s working well again. I maintain my vehicle like clockwork and was surprised to be driving a vehicle that didn’t have power. It has been driving well now for 2 days and I’m so very glad and grateful I had Ross Geiger to assist me with this repair.
