I got a GREAT DEAL, worked with GREAT FOLKS and glad that I had chosen to drive from Cape Coral, FL to be associated with a GREAT DEALERSHIP.. On the day of purchase, Norman had everything ready to go and the transaction was smooth. After all the paperwork with Marianne, Finance Manager, who was also a GREAT person to work with, Norman explained all the new car features and how to operate them. We decided on one vehicle and Norm worked up a very fair quote and had the suv prepted and ready for a test drive the next day. I then visited the dealership two times before buying. Both visits were no-pressure, relaxed and informative. On my second visit, Hector (my initial contact) was with a customer, so Norm took over. Great Teamwork! They do not mark their vehicles up with dealer add-ons (as other area dealers do, forcing you to negotiate down to MRSP). and they gave me a good deal on my trade. I was also pleased with their ability to title and license the new vehicle in my homes state. Would recommend this dealer to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. More
