I like the overall scale of this dealership....not so mega-huge that you get lost in the shuffle and yet large enough to offer good inventory and sales/vehicle service. My salesperson was Norm Johnston a mega-huge that you get lost in the shuffle and yet large enough to offer good inventory and sales/vehicle service. My salesperson was Norm Johnston and he offered many years of experience in the sale of higher-end cars. His style is "consultative", no pressure tactics, just relaxed and helpful. He makes the buying process (which is never really very much fun, right?) as good as it can be. On a side note: Ross Levy,the general manager,went out of his way to provide us with some very helpful personalized info & advice about an "upside-down" lease problem our son was having with a different make of car and in another city. We were quite impressed with the amount of non-selling time he spent with us on this issue, even before we had made any purchase. Early routine service experiences with one of their newer young techs, Gordon Bennett, has also been quite pleasant-- he seems to really want to make sure that his customer leaves happy. Summary? Any dealer can sell cars, but this organization does a lot more than push hardware...their staff and attitude made the difference for us! More

Purchased 3 year old mini cooper on buy-it-now off of ebay. Description was perfect. Communications were good, and every-time I had a question they responded whether by email or phone. My wife and I visited Naples Acura to inquire about a lease on a 2012 Acura TL. From the moment we walked into the dealership, we felt comfortable and at ease. Ross, the GM, introduced us to John, the lease on a 2012 Acura TL. From the moment we walked into the dealership, we felt comfortable and at ease. Ross, the GM, introduced us to John, the sales associate, who took us on a test drive of the vehicle we were interested in. John was extremely informative about the automobile and had a no-pressure sales approach that was very professional and completely took the stress out of our car-shopping experience that we otherwise had dealt with at other dealerships. We were very impressed with the Acura and the car's performance speaks for itself. However, not enough can be said about the wonderful customer service we received from everyone at Naples Acura. It is clear that Ross, the GM, earns credit for creating a customer-focused atmosphere deserving of exceptional feedback. My wife and I live in Fort Lauderdale, but after receiving a recommendation for Naples Acura, we are glad that we made the trip. Ross and John gave us an exceptional deal on the TL and made the leasing process appear seemless. Naples Acura has certainly earned our business. More
