Wonderful Car Shopping Experience I had been considering an RDX purchase and had talked to Joe and Jonathan on a couple of occasions via email and phone. I ultimately decided on an Acura RDX for many reasons, price, product quality, resale value, reliability and the wonderful personal treatment from Joe and Jonathan. Joe was very thorough, efficient, personable and did an excellent job getting my numbers negotiated prior to my arrival. Met All My Demands Was tired and not feeling well; and really was hoping just to look around and get out without seeing a salesman. In fact, when he asked my name, I said "I'm leaving". He laughed and proceeded to tear down every objection and obstacle I put before him; all while remaining polite and cordial. He got me to drive the TLX 3.6L, even though I really wanted to leave. Wow, what a car... tight, smooth and very responsive, not to mention very fast. It even has a growl, that you won't find on most luxury cars. When it came to the numbers, Jonathon worked hard to make the sale happen. Management was very easy to deal with and didn't play any games! I'm a CPA that knows numbers and they gave me a great deal! Everyone at Naples Acura was very polite and dealt with me professionally!
