I am happy to say my buying experience at Naples Acura was topmost, thanks to their attentive employees, such as Gerard and Ross. Although my purchase was for a used Acura, the condition of the vehicle a was topmost, thanks to their attentive employees, such as Gerard and Ross. Although my purchase was for a used Acura, the condition of the vehicle and the prep work that Naples Acura put into the car, made me feel as if I was driving off the lot with a new TSX. Thanks guys! My wife and I were warmly greeted (in the parking lot!) by a Sales Consultant (Norm Johnston). I asked Norm to check the dealership's records, so that I could speak with the individual with whom I had met by a Sales Consultant (Norm Johnston). I asked Norm to check the dealership's records, so that I could speak with the individual with whom I had met approximately eight months earlier. Just at that moment, that individual exited the showroom. He turned out to be the General Manager (Ross Levy). To my amazement, Ross remembered having met me . . . he even remembered the name of the street where I lived! My wife and I spent a considerable amount of time with Ross discussing our trade and purchase/lease options. We selected a new vehicle and negotiated a very fair price. The following day (Sunday), we dropped off our trade in (a 2007 Acura RDX) and picked up our new vehicle (a 2013 RDX). Norm delivered our new car to us and spent as much time as we wanted going over its features and technology. Throughout this process, and in the days following the sale, both Ross and Norm provided OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE . . . perhaps the best that I ever experienced! Based upon my previous service experience (with my '07 RDX) and current sales experience, I would recommend Naples Acura enthusiastically, and without reservation. More

AFTER MUCH FRUSTRATION LOOKING AT CARS, BEING QUOTED ONE PRICE AND GETTING ANOTHER AT THE END I WAS READY TO SAY THE HECK WITH IT. I TOOK ONE LAST CHANCE AND CALLED ROSS LEVY AT NAPLES ACURA. HE WAS WONDE PRICE AND GETTING ANOTHER AT THE END I WAS READY TO SAY THE HECK WITH IT. I TOOK ONE LAST CHANCE AND CALLED ROSS LEVY AT NAPLES ACURA. HE WAS WONDERFUL! TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING AND PUT ME IN A NEW CAR. MAX CONIFF WHO DELIVERED THE CAR AND PAPERWORK WAS ANOTHER PLEASANT SURPRISE. A TRUE GENTLEMAN WHO EXPLAINED EVERY DETAIL OF THE CAR. I had a wonderful experience with Naples Acura! I was really unhappy in my current vehicle and wanted to get back in to an Acura. I filled out the “what is my car worth” online and had a response from th really unhappy in my current vehicle and wanted to get back in to an Acura. I filled out the “what is my car worth” online and had a response from the dealer within a few minutes. Maxwell Conniff reached out to me and was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable from the beginning! Max stayed late for me to stop in after work to take a look at the car I was interested in. I was even able to take the car home to really experience it. I returned the car the next day and went over all of the numbers and still could not make up my mind. Max sent me home with all the paper work and let me sleep on it. Later that night, I made up my mind and reached out to Max letting him know I was ready to purchase my new Acura. He came in on his day off to sell me my new car! I am so appreciate for the Naples Acura team’s friendliness and flexibility. They made the car buying experience pleasant and painless! More

The buying experience from beginning to end far exceeded all the other dealerships I have ever dealt with. The professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. I never felt more comfortable with a purchase. Naples Acura truly operates in a “TEAM” environment. I will certainly be passing on my experience to others and look forward to my scheduled service appointment next month. Thank you More

My 07 Acura TL with 199025 miles finally broke down on Alligator Alley 20 miles south of Naples. I got towed back to Naples Acura. I was on a business trip to Ft. Lauderdale at the time so this was an ext Alligator Alley 20 miles south of Naples. I got towed back to Naples Acura. I was on a business trip to Ft. Lauderdale at the time so this was an extra bad thing to happen. John Hamel at Acura quickly arranged for a rental car for me to use as all the Acura loaners were not available. He told me to continue on my trip and that he would call later with the prognosis. Later that afternoon John called and and advised of the problem and that it would be about $3000 to fix. I finished my business and returned to Naples Acura the following day. Ross Levy and Mark Mellman took good care of me and had me in a new car and heading home to Sarasota a few hours later. These guys were all very kind and very businesslike, answering all my questions and making sure that everything was covered and that I was happy. Even though I live in Sarasota, I feel certain that I would return to Naples Acura to purchase my next car as well. What a great experience out of a bad situation. Thank you Naples Acura!! Very happy with the professional and friendly staff at Naples Acura. We all know dealerships are in the business to profit, but Naples Acura does it's best to make it a win win situation for both parties Naples Acura. I had a great experience while at Naples Acura to purchase my 2007 Acura RL. The salesmen, Norman Johnston, was great - informative, no pressure and very accommodating to my schedule. The General Man purchase my 2007 Acura RL. The salesmen, Norman Johnston, was great - informative, no pressure and very accommodating to my schedule. The General Manager, Ross Levy, was also great to work with, found me some competitive financing and was also attentive to my needs. I hope to resolve a service matter that the car needs tomorrow and I know used cars are not new but it was a Certified Acura and Ross Levy has assured me that they will take care of it and I am sure that they will. Their entire staff has been great to work with. I can honestly recommend Naples Acura and look forward to another purchase in the years to come. This is my first Acura and surely not my last. I like the overall scale of this dealership....not so mega-huge that you get lost in the shuffle and yet large enough to offer good inventory and sales/vehicle service. My salesperson was Norm Johnston a mega-huge that you get lost in the shuffle and yet large enough to offer good inventory and sales/vehicle service. My salesperson was Norm Johnston and he offered many years of experience in the sale of higher-end cars. His style is "consultative", no pressure tactics, just relaxed and helpful. He makes the buying process (which is never really very much fun, right?) as good as it can be. On a side note: Ross Levy,the general manager,went out of his way to provide us with some very helpful personalized info & advice about an "upside-down" lease problem our son was having with a different make of car and in another city. We were quite impressed with the amount of non-selling time he spent with us on this issue, even before we had made any purchase. Early routine service experiences with one of their newer young techs, Gordon Bennett, has also been quite pleasant-- he seems to really want to make sure that his customer leaves happy. Summary? Any dealer can sell cars, but this organization does a lot more than push hardware...their staff and attitude made the difference for us! More
