Moved to Minneapolis from Northern New Jersey with my wife 18 years ago to raise our three boys here in Minnetonka. I am a avid biker, swimmer and enjoy a good round of golf when possible. My family strongly believes that Subaru's are the perfect Minnesota vehicle, which is why we all drive Subaru's. Great experience! Buying a new car is not something my husband and I do often so it's a big deal for us. We always buy our vehicles and have them for 10 years or more. Buying a new car is not something my husband and I do often so it's a big deal for us. We always buy our vehicles and have them for 10 years or more. This is our first Subaru and our first experience with this dealership and Ross made everything easy. I mean that in a very positive way. He was never pushy and always happy to answer all my questions. I actually took a couple months to decide on a vehicle and met with Ross more than once before the purchase. Based on our experience with Ross I would recommend this dealership wholeheartedly. Since the purchase I have stopped into the parts department to check on an accessory and also worked with somebody in service about getting it installed. The person in the parts department was great to work with as well as the service department. I'm feeling very good about all of the interactions I've had with the different people at this dealership and also really enjoying my new Forester!! More

Best Car-Buying Experience I purchased my first Subaru at another dealership in the cities, and simply wasn't happy with the way they were now doing business.
