Moved to Minneapolis from Northern New Jersey with my wife 18 years ago to raise our three boys here in Minnetonka. I am a avid biker, swimmer and enjoy a good round of golf when possible. My family strongly believes that Subaru's are the perfect Minnesota vehicle, which is why we all drive Subaru's. Sales person great. Dislike the payment process Overall good experience. Ross was great. Responsive and patient. The only issue was that I said I had done my research and didn’t want any of the add Overall good experience. Ross was great. Responsive and patient. The only issue was that I said I had done my research and didn’t want any of the add on sales like warranties undercoating etc and we still wasted 20 min listening to the finance guy trying to sell something I said no to. I get understand that it is it his job, but it made a great experience uncomfortable. Quit being a car dealership and listen to the needs of your customers. More

Pleased with our decision to purchase a Subaru Outback When we came Subaru it was just to look at the Subaru Outback. Ross greeted us and explained the features of the car It was all the safety features When we came Subaru it was just to look at the Subaru Outback. Ross greeted us and explained the features of the car It was all the safety features that impressed us. We sat down with him and he gave us information we wanted on either buying, or leasing the Outback. After we talked to him we decided this was the car we wanted.
