They went out of their way to help. It was a rainy day. Mandi went out in the rain to get the car that I wanted to try out. Jed was awesome as well, understanding the least exciting part after agreeing to purchase a new vehicle is the paperwork and got me out of there in record time so I could rush out of there and start enjoying my new vehicle! They had all of the paperwork in order and knew exactly what steps were needed in the buying process. They were also very nice and talkative and made the process very pleasant. Ross stopped by and said hi also which was nice and apologized that Matt Holm was not there that day. After we were finished with the paperwork with JR, Kent was a very good salesman in selling the onstar service which we are still enjoying and he was extremely helpful in getting it all set up for us including helping us with the onstar setup call in the car. We had a great experience, Thank you to everyone, and for the popcorn too and balloons for our kids. More
