Abilene is my hometown, and after graduating from college in 2009, I am proud to be able to again call Abilene home. I began my career as a Sales and Leasing Consultant at Holm Automotive, and have had the opportunity to reconnect with many in the community whom I had known and respected growing up. I currently serve as Sales Manager. My other passions include spending time with my daughter, who is 2 1/2, and coaching wrestling. Currently, I am active in coaching the youth wrestling program in Abilene. Helping area wrestlers reach their potential as athletes and individuals is very rewarding. Courteous, Accommodating to out of state requests, We had a very positive out of state experience in buying a used vehicle with Holm. Mandi Sims was very accommodating and creative in assisting us so We had a very positive out of state experience in buying a used vehicle with Holm. Mandi Sims was very accommodating and creative in assisting us so that we could have some confidence as we risked traveling 460 miles to purchase our new car. Mandi made sure our new cross rails and bug guard were installed before our arrival. When I got there, someone had placed a sign with my name on the truck, it was very clean, and looked sharp. There was a route planned for the test drive, which was nice because we didn’t know where we were going. Chris was awesome! He had prior appointment scheduled and still managed to help us out, the man is on his game. We didn’t feel pressured to buy a specific car nor to settle. We were able to work out our trade and get on the road all in one day. JR helped with all the paperwork and was really friendly, explained things well to us. The man who priced our trade, I think his name was Ross, he was very personable and so was the woman at the front desk. The layout of the building is awesome, isn’t crowded with cars, and we certainly didn’t feel swarmed by salesmen/women. It was a great experience and I fully intend to recommend Holm in Abilene to everyone. Thanks everyone, we love our Suburban and are very happy with the purchase! More

Easy experience, Service and maintenance was lacking I just bought a truck from here last week. Buying the truck was a very simple process. But I was told that before I came to look at the truck it would I just bought a truck from here last week. Buying the truck was a very simple process. But I was told that before I came to look at the truck it would be detailed and ready to go. It was clean, somewhat, so after I looked at the truck it was supposed to be detailed again before I came to pick up the truck and it wasn't. Then within the first day of having the truck I noticed that the blower motor for the air conditioning was going out. They sent someone to my house to pick it up which was great. I asked then if I could have the truck detailed because it still needed cleaned up, I was told yes that it could be done. Well when I got the truck back yesterday the truck showed that it had been cleaned but in reality it had hardly been touched. I'm not one to leave a bad review but when I was told 3 different times that the truck that I spent quite a bit of money on couldn't even be cleaned very well. What else is there that I don't know about? More
