Jake was awesome. Replied to all my emails, answering any and all questions we had. Theresa was very patient and helpful, especially when we found out that we hadn't released the freeze on my credit report. Price on the van was fair, and we were allowed to go over it as much as we needed and wanted. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that we could leave with the car the same day even though we were from neighboring New York state. Completed the entire transaction timely and left very happy. We would recommend both Jake and this dealership to anyone looking for a good car at a great price with spectacular customer service. Thanks for everything. More
