Dealership was helpful and engaged and worked with me on a deal. What could be done better is more efficient paperwork and understanding of the purchase process. And better preparedness when I came. I would say when I was coming and they said paperwork would be ready. I’d be there on time and was not prepared. And we had to go through the same exercise of lease payoff every time I was there and was incredibly difficult to get a hold of ford credit, even for the dealer. Overall am happy with the car and was nice doing business with Ross. More
