Rostyslav Kost one of the great Salesman I have ever worked. I would recommend him to all my friends no matter where he works. Long story short his 5* Salesman. Overall I like this Dealership, all worked. I would recommend him to all my friends no matter where he works. Long story short his 5* Salesman. Overall I like this Dealership, all types of Fords available, multilingual sales representatives makes this place diverse. Big 5* on it. But Finance Department almost ruining all the effort that Sales reps does, because FD working on Dealership's Interest only. FD will push you to accept their terms only. There's no choice other than accepting that or you should go home. They have 0 interest for Long term deals. They interested on one time deal only. Traded-in experience very poor, not giving market price, they offering only pay-off even if Market price is higher than pay-off amount. Also, trying to keep the customer for long time in the Dealership to make him tired and customer will be agreed for everything(terms) just to take the car. I know every Dealership do the same, its common practice. But its good. For the next visit Customer will think twice before visiting them or will not cooperate for that trick. Market adjustment for every truck $10k its not real, as I said Dealership interested on 1 time deal only. I did 2 car purchase and they put $10k on 1st car, $5k on 2nd car. Its market adjustment, its not any privileges or services(free oil change etc). I accept their terms because I was in rush to get the car. My recommendation is start looking for a car at least 1 month ahead from the day that you need it. In that case you can negotiate the price, market adjustment etc. If you won't than you will accept Dealership terms. If they fix it, that makes them #1 Dealership in Midwest(Chicago area). More
