I'm in my 60's, have bought quite a few cars and helped my kids buy cars also. I must say, my experience at Golf Mill Ford this week while my son was buying a Ford 250 was incredible. Damian knew exactly w my kids buy cars also. I must say, my experience at Golf Mill Ford this week while my son was buying a Ford 250 was incredible. Damian knew exactly what my son wanted and without him, we're not getting this truck. Also, Edgar in the Finance Dept. has to to be the nicest and most knowledgable person in that job that you could imagine. Just a tremendous experience all around!!! More

Luis Velazquez was amazing from start to finish! As a first-time car buyer, I really appreciated how patient and knowledgeable he was throughout the entire process. He walked us through the differen As a first-time car buyer, I really appreciated how patient and knowledgeable he was throughout the entire process. He walked us through the different 2026 Ford Escape models and all of the new features, while really listening to what I wanted and needed in a car—without ever pushing me to upgrade or spend more than necessary. When we came back, Luis surprised me by bringing in a car from another dealership that matched everything I was looking for. He truly went above and beyond to find the right vehicle for me. I also had to delay picking up my car because of a trip, and Luis used that extra time to advocate for and coordinate having my seats reupholstered with the leather I chose. We had originally realized that the model with leather included had more features than I needed, so he helped make sure I could still get exactly what I wanted. From finding the right Escape, to coordinating the seats, to making sure everything was ready when I arrived, Luis took incredible care of me throughout the entire process. Even trading in my old truck was quick and seamless. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience buying my first car. Thank you, Luis, for going above and beyond and making the whole process so easy! I absolutely love my 2026 Ford Escape! More
