Awesome! I went here to take my fiancé's car for alignment, rotation, and car wash. They made a mistake and assumed I was there for an oil change so it took l I went here to take my fiancé's car for alignment, rotation, and car wash. They made a mistake and assumed I was there for an oil change so it took longer than expected. They didn't charge me for it and even offered the shuttle to take me to my work which was definitely more than 5 miles from there (they only drive you within 5 miles radius I believe). I also came here for state inspection and waited 30 mins which was really quick! Took my car at Priority Toyota same day and time of the week and waited 5 hours!!! Good customer service so far!! More

Great customer service When we noticed a problem with our car on a long weekend drive, we were happy to get a same day appt at Hall for repair! The service rep, Rowena, cal When we noticed a problem with our car on a long weekend drive, we were happy to get a same day appt at Hall for repair! The service rep, Rowena, called us in our cell phones when she was unable to reach us at home. She clearly explained the problem and requested permission for repairs to proceed. She was able to tell us that the problem would be covered by our extended warranty. Her friendly manner and professionalism were both appreciated. We received another call from her when the work was completed. I hope “Ro” will be the one we deal with on future visits. More
