Almost zero communication. The three 3 word pieces of communication came by text, they wouldn't call me even when I asked twice. The tires were sold at above cost, the labor co The three 3 word pieces of communication came by text, they wouldn't call me even when I asked twice. The tires were sold at above cost, the labor cost was exorbitant. I asked for a car wash before the car would be returned and not only did they not honor the request, I got the car back dirtier than when it was sent in, and with shards of broken car window glass in between the seats of my 2 month old car that has never been in an accident and never been near any broken glass. I will go ANYWHERE but here the next time I need work done. I think Carson has a Kia service center, it can't be any worse than the DTLA one. Go to DTLA Kia Service Center at your own peril. More

The sales and finance people I worked with at Kia Downtown LA hid the fact that the new car I was leasing had previously been leased out until we were hours in to paperwork. They kept me at the deale Downtown LA hid the fact that the new car I was leasing had previously been leased out until we were hours in to paperwork. They kept me at the dealership for over four hours--most of the time I was waiting for them to bring the car from another lot or clean it. They repeatedly gave me incorrect time estimates. The carpet of my "new" car was still dirty even after they cleaned it. The car is fine and it's the one I wanted but I had a shady experience with the people at the dealership, it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. More
