The sales and finance people I worked with at Kia Downtown LA hid the fact that the new car I was leasing had previously been leased out until we were hours in to paperwork. They kept me at the dealership for over four hours--most of the time I was waiting for them to bring the car from another lot or clean it. They repeatedly gave me incorrect time estimates. The carpet of my "new" car was still dirty even after they cleaned it. The car is fine and it's the one I wanted but I had a shady experience with the people at the dealership, it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. More
