I brought my car in for an oil change a week prior to me getting a nail in my tire, but when I brought my car in to have the tire repaired, they said I needed four new tires and they were not able to repair getting a nail in my tire, but when I brought my car in to have the tire repaired, they said I needed four new tires and they were not able to repair the tire. If I needed all new tires, why didn’t they tell me when my car was getting an oil change? Also, I think it’s insane to spend $100,000 on a car and not be given a loaner when the car is going to be in the shop for longer than expected. Also, I’m very sure I paid for packages to protect my windshield, tires and paint damage but they seem to not be able to find any of that in my account. I feel like since this dealership got bought and became classical elite it’s so unorganized and mismanaged. Also, the paperwork that was sent home with me after I bought four new tires very clearly stated that they were able to patch the tire so I feel like I was lied to and spent $1300 unnecessarily. Honestly, I’m contemplating trading in my car just so I can buy a new one from a different dealership to receive better service. More

I have GMC Dealerships close to my house, but I always go back to GMC ELITE because of my service advisor, Roy Busby. He is always taking care of my car needs. He calls or texts back if he is unavailable at back to GMC ELITE because of my service advisor, Roy Busby. He is always taking care of my car needs. He calls or texts back if he is unavailable at the moment. He apologizes to things not in his control but apologetic anyway. He speaks in layman's language so that I fully comprehend what is the issue, solution, wait time, or schedule time. Roy Busby is my go to guy. When I needed a rental, he was right there with me to make sure one was available. Thank You, Roy. Thank You GMC for having the Best Service Advisor. More
