I was informed by Steve Layton that they actually had the car and it was not sold. I live about 50 miles from the dealership and I wanted to make sure I had a chance to get this car so Steve set me up with sales. I managed to get to the dealership before 11 am and proceeded to make my deal for the car. I was introduced to Roy Byers who would sale the car to me. The whole process went smoothly and the deal was made. The folks at this dealership are all very friendly and I must have met most of the sales managers at the dealership. One thing that stands out in my mind is that the vehicles posted on their web page were actually available. I have been tracking this model car for over a month and most local dealer web pages will list the car but will not have it available. Thanks Honda of Hackettstown. More

I was able to chose my car easily, negotiate a price, and leave the same day with my vehicle. Roy was an excellent salesman! He understood that a teenager is different from an adult when they are buying a car and took consideration into everything I wanted and reasons why. He also talked the the at first stubborn but eventually very kind finance guy into lowering the price so they didn't lose my business. Overall I love my new car and love that I have free oil changes and car washes for life! More

No nonsense, clean car, best price We were searching online for a certified pre-owned Honda CRV and found one we were looking for at Hackettstown Honda. It looked really nice online and turned out to be even nicer when we actually saw it. We worked with Roy Byers who made us feel comfortable and exceeded our expectations every step of the way.. For a car that was 3 years old, it was clean, showroom condition. The sales manager said he was very picky and proud of the cars he sells and he was right on. We were able to negotiate a deal that was far better then any of the competition. They processed a loan and we drove home in our newly purchased CRV all in the same day. From this experience, we would highly recommend Hackettstown Honda. Rich More

Very Professional and Friendly I was looking for a truck on line and found Hackettstown Honda had one that I was very interested in . The sales staff,Particularly Roy Byers and Rog I was looking for a truck on line and found Hackettstown Honda had one that I was very interested in . The sales staff,Particularly Roy Byers and Roger Fedor were awesome! Roger gave me the details, put me in touch with Roy not long after I was down the road in my "New" Truck!! the entire staff was very nice, helpful. The dealership was clean and easy to find. But what I was really concerned with is trustworthiness. Buying a car out of state is a little unnerving but Hackettstown Honda proved to be extremely reputable. The quality of cars they offered are top notch. I would recommend them to anyone in the tri state Plus area to check them out! More
