Pleasantly Surprised We were looking for a used Honda and found a few listed on KBB.com that seemed reasonably priced at Hackettestown Honda. The minute we walked in the door we were treated well and respectfully. Roy was wonderfully accommodating, anything we needed, he did his best to give us. When my mechanic found a few minor issues with the car we were interested in, Roy had his shop fix it, no questions asked, no change in the price of the car, they took car of it. When our car's price went down before we officially purchased it, he honored the lower price without hesitation. He even came and picked us up from home and drove us to the dealership, the day we bought our used car, as we did not want to juggle two cars/drivers. We would do business with Hackettestown Honda again! Thank you Roy! More

He sat and listened to what we wanted, what we wanted to pay and under what tems. In the past we have had a couple of bad experiences - this was quite the opposite for us however. He and the staff made it very pleasurable and we picked up our CRV on Saturday. They even hurried up the process as much as possible so that we could get home to watch the Rutgers game!!!!!
