I have been in the auto industry for 10 plus years. In my off time, I enjoy boating on Lake Hopatcong, and playing in the backyard with my rescue dogs. I give my customers my cell phone number. In which I can always be available for my customers before, during, and after the sale for any questions they might have. I believe in treating my customers as friends, and try to offer car buying tips while you are purchasing you next vehicle. I understand a person is making a very large and expensive purchase. They want to get it right. Anyone can sell you a car. I can offer the personalized service, the others just can not!

Very Professional Salespeople and Good Experience We knew exactly the car (Jeep) that we wanted because we found it online earlier. We drove 2 hours 1 way to make the purchase and the salesmen helped We knew exactly the car (Jeep) that we wanted because we found it online earlier. We drove 2 hours 1 way to make the purchase and the salesmen helped move the process along so we could get back on the road in our new vehicle. Roy and Thom explained everything thoroughly and answered all questions that we had. The process, although lengthy because of financing and trade in, was efficient and moved along. Everyone we dealt with was professional, friendly and we would recommend Hackettstown Honda to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

Great experience I was with Roy Byers for my purchase on a Civic manual and he was super helpful from start to finish. He knew almost everything about the car, and if I was with Roy Byers for my purchase on a Civic manual and he was super helpful from start to finish. He knew almost everything about the car, and if he didn't, he would find out for us. He listened to everything I had to say and my concerns. He did as much as possible so I could take the car home as soon as possible. He even called to check up on me a couple weeks after. Very pleasurable experience. More

Pleasantly Surprised We were looking for a used Honda and found a few listed on KBB.com that seemed reasonably priced at Hackettestown Honda. The minute we walked in the d We were looking for a used Honda and found a few listed on KBB.com that seemed reasonably priced at Hackettestown Honda. The minute we walked in the door we were treated well and respectfully. Roy was wonderfully accommodating, anything we needed, he did his best to give us. When my mechanic found a few minor issues with the car we were interested in, Roy had his shop fix it, no questions asked, no change in the price of the car, they took car of it. When our car's price went down before we officially purchased it, he honored the lower price without hesitation. He even came and picked us up from home and drove us to the dealership, the day we bought our used car, as we did not want to juggle two cars/drivers. We would do business with Hackettestown Honda again! Thank you Roy! More

He sat and listened to what we wanted, what we wanted to pay and under what tems. In the past we have had a couple of bad experiences - this was quite the opposite for us however. He and the staff made it very pleasurable and we picked up our CRV on Saturday. They even hurried up the process as much as possible so that we could get home to watch the Rutgers game!!!!!
