Hyundai Used Car Service Center I always go to the used car service center because they are wonderful. I always go to Roy Landis because he is so honest and treats his customers well I always go to the used car service center because they are wonderful. I always go to Roy Landis because he is so honest and treats his customers well. Whenever I have a car problem he always finds the time to fit me into the schedule. I appreciate that type of service because as a woman I need to know the dealership will stand by their products and service. More

EXTREMELY terrible customer service I have been to this service center twice. The first time I went was for one of the three free oil changes I received after purchasing my car. I was,th I have been to this service center twice. The first time I went was for one of the three free oil changes I received after purchasing my car. I was,there THREE hours. An oil change takes literally 10-15 minutes...tops. I decided after that experience that I'd rather pay my mechanic to do the oil changes from then on. This time I took the car in to have my tire fixed after it started losing tire pressure. I paid extra on my financing to cover such incidents. I show up at the service center and park and proceed to wait after the last customer and I am literally passed by at least 10 employees and not acknowledged even in the slightest way. I continue to wait and wait and wait and wait. This is by far the worst customer service I have EVER had. I would not recommend this service department to anyone. More

Oil change, Recalls and fuel system clean Everyone was friendly. Customer area comfortable, clean and convenient. Service was a little longer than anticipated due to fuel system cleaning.
