He is extremely knowledgable and explained all of the new electronic features that were available on our 2019 Crosstrek. When we picked up the car, he walked us through every detail so we would be comfortable driving our new car. Roy Malinov arranged our loan and sold us the extended warrantee that we wanted to purchase. He explained all of the options available to us and made sure we knew the details. We were very pleased to work with him. He is pleasant and efficient. I definitely would recommend purchasing from Bay Ridge Subaru. More

2020 Subaru Forester purchase My previous experiences with car dealerships were not pleasant. So my visit to Bay Ridge Subaru began with much apprehension. But I became comfortable My previous experiences with car dealerships were not pleasant. So my visit to Bay Ridge Subaru began with much apprehension. But I became comfortable thanks to salesman Andre Azuza’s no hard sell approach. We discussed the vehicles that were available at the price minus the TrueCar discount. After a little negotiating we agreed on a fair price for my 2020 Forester Premium. During the 2 week wait for the car to be delivered to the dealership, Andre called a few times to keep me updated. On the day I picked up my new Forester, the transaction went smooth thanks to his prep work with my insurance company. Then he diligently spent a good hour with me in the car going over all the features and settings. All together I drove off with my new Subaru less than 2hours after I walked in to pick it up. Thank you Andre, so far, so good for Bay Ridge Subaru! More

Help from Chris Malone We had shopped around for a new car and found that the Subaru has many safety features as standard equipment and is rated very high by Consumer Report We had shopped around for a new car and found that the Subaru has many safety features as standard equipment and is rated very high by Consumer Reports. We first visited Bay Ridge Subaru on November 2nd and felt very comfortable there checking out the cars. We also noticed the Service waiting area being clean. Chris Malone was very informative and gave us confidence in making a decision in choosing the right Forester Sport model that had all the features we liked. On Nov 9th we picked up our new Forester Sport and Chris Malone showed us how each feature worked. Roy Malinov gave us good tips on the coverage available and we chose extended coverage because we plan to keep the car for many years. Jim and Bette Murphy More
