As I entered Bay Ridge Subaru, I was filled with mixed feelings. An old friend had recommended that I come here and see Joseph Teti, who had recently helped him lease a great car. I wanted to lease a car and I had consulted with friends and family on what I should be looking for.Friends had shared with me their tales of visiting car dealerships and warned me "not to get eaten up by the sharks." I entered at my own risk. Much to my surprise, I was greeted warmly and politely by Mr. Teti. He took his time to address all of my concerns and answer all of my questions. He followed up with telephone calls and allowed me to test drive the 3 cars that I was interested in. Needless to say, I am now enjoying a 2019 Cross Trek and I could not be happier. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Joseph Teti for all his support and patience in the process. The entire staff including Chris who guided me through all the new features and the kindness of Karen, who made sure that all my calls were answered.
