He was a gentleman throughout and did not use high pressure tactics but was available to answer questions and help while I went over the car and came to a decision. I appreciate him and his kindness and highly recommend him. Properly repairing a minor safety issue resulted in an unexpected delay of several days after starting the sale. Roy arranged for the dealership to provide me with a rental during the delay and saved me from a large rental bill or Uber charges. When I had a concern finalizing financial details, it was handled properly and politely. Overall, I’m very pleased with the sale. More
