I originally met Roy THURS 28 SEP 2017. Unfortunately, I was not in the best financial position at that time to purchase a new vehicle. He demonstrated an incredible ability to listen, understand, and communicate openly, clearly, and concisely his recommended action for me to achieve my ultimate goal of purchasing a new car. His confident, compassionate, and non-judgmental guidance is why I returned 2.5 years later FRI 17 APR 2020 and purchased my new vehicle! Yes, I had to do the work to get me there, but with his encouragement and kindness the road was so much easier. Even a week after the purchase of my car, I continued to contact Roy over the phone and in person with questions and concerns. I purchased my last Honda vehicle (new) in 1994 (Honda Civic EX) and recently traded it in for my new 2020 Honda Civic EX! We were able to put together a very satisfactory deal involving two new cars and two trade-ins. The price was what we asked, and Roy was able to find the two cars in the colors and trim levels we wanted involving two new cars and two trade-ins.
