Roy Neal...Exceptional Curry Honda Sales Representative! Roy Neal is the FACE and HEARTBEAT of Curry Honda! He consistently demonstrated superior knowledge, confidence and compassionate customer care. The e Roy Neal is the FACE and HEARTBEAT of Curry Honda! He consistently demonstrated superior knowledge, confidence and compassionate customer care. The entire Curry Honda Team is Committed to EXCELLENCE! Roy Neal was the calm in the midst of a storm. I originally met Roy THURS 28 SEP 2017. Unfortunately, I was not in the best financial position at that time to purchase a new vehicle. He demonstrated an incredible ability to listen, understand, and communicate openly, clearly, and concisely his recommended action for me to achieve my ultimate goal of purchasing a new car. His confident, compassionate, and non-judgmental guidance is why I returned 2.5 years later FRI 17 APR 2020 and purchased my new vehicle! Yes, I had to do the work to get me there, but with his encouragement and kindness the road was so much easier. Even a week after the purchase of my car, I continued to contact Roy over the phone and in person with questions and concerns. His exceptional leadership and sound, practical advice were instrumental in my decision making process. Roy is the perfect example of EXCELLENCE in ACTION! He truly loves and enjoys what he does so much that it spills over into everything and everyone who has the pleasure to work with him. His superior competence and presence has made and is making a substantial contribution to the continued operation and growth of Honda. What an honor it was to work with Roy, and I will forever be grateful! From the time I initially walked through the doors THURS 28SEP17 until the day I purchased my new vehicle FRI 17APR20 (and that's not an error regarding the dates!) each member of the Honda Team consistently displayed superior customer service! My car buying journey was blessed with exceptionally knowledgeable, efficient, skillful, and caring team members committed to excellence! The atmosphere was always professional yet relaxed and warm. The surrounding office spaces (including the women's restroom) were remarkably clean, comfortable, and inviting! I have recommended and will continue to recommend the purchase of Honda vehicles in general and Curry Honda specifically to family, friends, and anyone I meet. I purchased my last Honda vehicle (new) in 1994 (Honda Civic EX) and recently traded it in for my new 2020 Honda Civic EX! My high level of confidence is demonstrated by my 24-year (301,000.00 miles) ownership of my 1994 Honda…….that is my testament! Thank you Curry Honda!
