Great dealership! Roy Nunez was extremely helpful in getting me the 2020 Murano for a price that was within my budget. I was so happy with the negotiations, that I drove 3 and a half hours from MA to pu getting me the 2020 Murano for a price that was within my budget. I was so happy with the negotiations, that I drove 3 and a half hours from MA to purchase the vehicle. I highly recommend them! Make sure you ask for Roy!! More

Came to Route 46 Nissan to look at a used 2019 Ford Fusion. I had a great experience here at this dealer. Roy Nunez was very helpful, kind and very approachable. After having spent an entire day signing up for warranties and what not I finally had to pick up my plates. Unfortunately when I got there I noticed my rear tire was flat. I have the warranties [ warranties and what not I finally had to pick up my plates. Unfortunately when I got there I noticed my rear tire was flat. I have the warranties [bumper to bumper, wheels and tires, road assist etc] and when i inquired with the service department they gave me a very hard time. I asked if they could just assist with putting on the spare and we could set up a service appointment later. The gentleman told me that bc i bought used the service could not be covered. I informed him that i had the coverages he then ignored my contract and asked for the registration. He came back and said i did not have coverage and I could not use the warranty that i clearly had paperwork for. He then made a big deal about helping with the spare. I finally asked if i should just call the roadside assistance number, mind you I AM AT THE DEALER, he then walked away and told his guys to put on the spare but would not be able to do anything about the tire. I just pulled into Riverside Nissan in Hackensack and they set up an appointment for me with no issue at all. Again BUYER BEWARE! More
