Our salesman was and went beyond and above for me, to have the vehicle I wanted. Royce is very knowledgeable, he answered all my questions. I felt as if I knew him my entire life when talking to him, he made me feel comfortable. He has some great life experiences, and stories. I will most certainly have your shot glasses completed this year. I believe anyone looking for a new or used vehicle, Bethlehem Ford would be the dealership I would recommend to family and friends. More

I called and spoke to Dave regarding a vehicle we were looking to purchase. He went above and beyond to get me the information I needed. I came down to meet with Ray in sales. Let me tell you...hands down the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. Warmth and friendliness exuded from him and I never felt like he was trying to talk me in to something I did not want. He was not there the next day so we met with Royce to make our final decision and complete the paperwork. Again...stellar service and incredible to deal with! Royce made what is usually a very frustrating time and complete pleasure. Signing paperwork with finance was again...wonderful! This is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with! We will be moving all of our service here and purchasing any future cars from them as well. We are already talking to a friend about going here to purchase a car too. Don't go anywhere else! More

I cannot say enough good things about Royce and the sales experience I had with him! I have been a long time customer of Bethlehem Ford. I have leased 2 Escapes already and wanted to lease a third. However, experience I had with him! I have been a long time customer of Bethlehem Ford. I have leased 2 Escapes already and wanted to lease a third. However, Ford recently revamped the Escape and I was convinced I would not be able to afford a new one. Royce listened to my concerns, did not try to push me to spend beyond my comfort zone, and helped me lease a brand new Escape today. What was most important to me was having a salesperson who was personable and treated me like a human and not another number, and that's exactly the experience I had with Royce. He is a gem! I've got 6 years down with Bethlehem Ford, and I'm excited for another 3! More

What can I say about Mr. Royce......but phenomenal! From day one he was on top of making sure everything went smoothly. I've searched for this car which is a Hyundai Genesis for over three months. Royce was day one he was on top of making sure everything went smoothly. I've searched for this car which is a Hyundai Genesis for over three months. Royce was the only person to be persistent in communication. Which I needed especially in my busy life. He reassured me he was there to make my buying process a great experience. I felt very comfortable in him knowing my words and money would not go in vain. However, the Hyundai Genesis I seen on their website was about 90% correct in the pictures. I drove 6hrs to the dealership only to find out that the other 10% was a major deal breaker for me. The two front seats were ripped and I was devastated to say the least! Feeling deceived and overly emotional stressed I was ready to walk away from the deal. I totally understand that buying any newly used car is not always in perfect condition. But I felt hoodwinked, and in that feeling I usually 100% walk away from situations like that....but ROYCE was up for the job to make me as comfortable as possible. He was very sweet and soft spoken and pleasant that I had to hear him out. I was too overwhelmed so I let my sister speak for me,Royce adjusted smoothly with no hesitation. He offered my sister and I drinks, food, a place for me to lay down knowing how far I drove and upset I was. I use to be in sales so I know the "sales game " but Royce was not and is not your typical sales person and we all know what that experience is like. At the end of the work day, Royce stayed conversing with me, my sister and the manager of the dealership to make sure we knew every single step of the way. Royce was able to move the sliding scale of the vehicle price, and on top of that he personally brought me new seat covers which was the best feeling. His honesty, commitment and attitude over powered that 10% of disappointment I had when I seen those seats. Royce is the sales person you do want in life and every time you purchase a vehicle, he's a friend in need! Thank you Royce for your time, support and undeniable beautiful energy you gave my sister and I, we needed that. More

Royce was polite, detail-oriented, and got me my dream car in record time! The car was at a sister dealership I was at earlier that day, but they said I couldn't add heated seats which was a dealbreaker. car in record time! I enjoyed dealing with Koch and Royce very much. No BS at all. I don’t give 5 ratings because that’s perfect and nobody is perfect. A better rating would be a 9 out of 10.
