We came,we saw,we bought:) We came in just before closing and told Royce what we needed and he said "I have just the right thing"(we needed something beefy to pull our new 33 fo We came in just before closing and told Royce what we needed and he said "I have just the right thing"(we needed something beefy to pull our new 33 foot travel trailer) he pulled it up..we took it for a ride...and that was that,sold. I've never been to a dealership that actually listened to what we wanted and needed..he did,we didn't have to test drive a bunch of vehicles. He was spot on! More

This makes for a faster experience due to not having to wait while they go talk to someone else to get approval. More
