I brought my 2014 f350 in for warranty and decided to look at what they had on the lot. I wasn't looking to trade but I found a truck that I liked. They fueled it and said take it. I decided to see what I could get on trade. They were able to put me in a 2018 super duty and lower my payments with an outstanding Ford warranty. I'm very pleased so far. Purchase of 2012 Chevrolet Equinox My wife and I have been looking for a used car for some time off and on, not seeing anything that caught our eye and pocketbook at the same time. We decided to see Royce Yoder on what may be available at Sarchione's. Royce made looking for and purchasing a car very easy and comfortable. We happen to be walking in the used car area looking for a particular car, and Royce spotted a 2012 Equinox - one of the type of cars we mentioned looking for. The Equinox looked very nice on the inside and outside and the price range looked pretty good. After taking it for a drive to see how it handled we talked further with Royce and decided to buy it. The heated seats and the remote start were a good plus for us. David Liebro was also very good with us in completing all the forms. We went to the local bank and obtained a check and made payment to Emily who was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend Sarchione's and Royce, David, and Emily. More

How fast do you want a New truck? When we called and talked to Royce about financing a new truck we were a little hesitant if we haven't financed anything since 2003. So initially I ha When we called and talked to Royce about financing a new truck we were a little hesitant if we haven't financed anything since 2003. So initially I had my own ideas about financing and they assured me that they could do better than what I had arranged. Well, the last time we financed through the dealer it was a headache and took most of the day only to find out we didn't get what we wanted. So, after it was explained to us in great detail on how they wanted to get us financing and gave us ballpark figures on what our payment would be we gave them the go-ahead and expected that it would take a little while and we would be there for another hour or so before we heard anything. We hadn't eaten for the day and my wife decided to run across the street and pick up some snacks so we could relax maybe watch some TV while they did their work getting us financed. By time she got back the salesman, Royce, was walking out the door as she was walking back in with arms filled with snacks and he was going to fuel up the truck and prep it for us as financing was already approved. Not only that but the payment was roughly $50 a month less then the ballpark figure that was given. To say we were shocked, in a most Pleasant way, is one of the biggest understatements of the year. Royce was steady calm and forthcoming from the moment we walked in the showroom till he was showing us the features on our new truck. They had the best section of pre-owned 2018 F 150 by far of all the dealerships I visited. Royce Yoder was our sales rep. He was helpful without being pushy, which I appreciated. My wife and I were able to lookover a dozen trucks. We drove 2 and decided on the one we wanted. The dealership was fair in their negotiations and we purchased the truck quickly. I really liked that price negotiation were quick. Doing the loan and truck paperwork was even quicker. All and all very happy with my experience. More
