That is what I did then I was told this was wrong that it would be $15000. I was told they would call back and they never did. I called multiple times with no call returned. That is a scam and this is a very dishonest dealer. More

Awesome! I will go back This visit was my second vehicle purchase at Sarchione Ford in Randolph. I had always gone to a Ford dealer in Kent but Sarchione had a Ford Explorer This visit was my second vehicle purchase at Sarchione Ford in Randolph. I had always gone to a Ford dealer in Kent but Sarchione had a Ford Explorer Sport that caught my eye. They gave me a great deal on my trade in and made it possible. Two years later i had some medical bills and no longer could afford my payment on my SUV. So I stopped in to Sarchione Ford to see what they could do for me since they did a great job last time, They got me in a Ford Fusion that i really like and saved me a lot of money on my monthly payment. Thank you to Royce Yoder who treated me so wonderful. He is a professional and was easy to work with and talk to. In a couple years, i hope to get a Mustang, and when I do, I will be going to Sarchion Ford in Randolph Ohio. More

They were responsive to any and all my questions and concerns. They even offered for me to test drive a truck and bring it back after the weekend. I was possibly expecting to get an extended cab truck, but I got a crew cab for less! Was not expecting that! Car washes are convenient, drop it off and they wash it at no charge. Gotta love a clean vehicle. Good people to deal with, huge selection. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase or lease a new vehicle.
