Price Gouging - horrible customer service Page Told one price over the phone & face to face- but when service Steve Lasker got done with me,, no receipt. service is poor at lexus of viera They court you with promises and then disappoint when the realism hits at the service center. I feel like the crazy one for wanting to have things fi They court you with promises and then disappoint when the realism hits at the service center. I feel like the crazy one for wanting to have things fixed but the service dept. just wants you to leave with a half xxx no fix and daring you to keep bringing the car back for the same simple problem then making me feel like i'm imposing on them for wanting warranty repairs or even fixes done correctly that I;m willing to pay for! A luxury car should drive good at least for the first year but this service center can't or won't or both, resolve the problem with a solution even when I am willing to pay for it! seems like they are too chintzy when needing to spend money on their problem cars and don't care about the customer happiness. No trust and I observed severe lip service instead of work service. I don't mind paying my part and have made that point every time. They should do their part to resolve problems that are theirs and not try to fool an old fooler. When I'm not happy with the visit I suspiciously do not get a survey or letter to rate my satisfaction. Hopefully this rating does not get pulled from the internet and can help others make an informed decision. Bustos and Falcon do not turn wrenches in the service dept. More
