Best car buying experience I've ever had First of all, as soon as you arrive you realize this place is HUGE! It's like the Disneyland of cars. I walked into the main building for my test driv First of all, as soon as you arrive you realize this place is HUGE! It's like the Disneyland of cars. I walked into the main building for my test drive appointment and it's clean, modern and there's a lot of action. I was immediately greeted by a gentleman who guided me to the reception desk. I checked in and looked around. There was a Starbucks, Subway Sandwiches, a playroom for kids, many new updated computers with interest for customer use, tv's, and even plugs for your smart devices. Impressive. Then out comes Carmen who introduces me to Ruben Cardenas, my very attentive sales consultant for the day. Ruben was very friendly and relaxed and I knew immediately I was in good hands. The car was beautiful. It was exactly as it was presented online. The price was extremely reasonable. Ruben even got me a decent price for my 20-year old trade in! The finance manager Godwin Hui was just as exceptional as Ruben Cardenas. I could not believe it. Both gentlemen were extremely helpful, explained every step thoroughly and made sure I understood everything in the process. The ultimate in professionalism. I will never go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle from now on. More
