Ruben was extremely patient and kind during my first car-buying experience. As my mom and I test-drove multiple vehicles, Ruben described each car's unique features and showed us how to access the different vehicle compartments. He even slid the driver's seat forward to expose the car jack under the driver's seat when I asked to see the included spare tire. However, Ruben's dedication to customer service really shone when we encountered an insurance road bump that could have delayed delivery of the car. Rather than force us to return to the dealership later that week to pick-up the car, Ruben worked his magic and ensured we could take home our new Toyota Corolla that same day. Upon meeting Ruben i felt a comfortable vibe that he was not only knowledgeable of the options but cared genuinely about my satisfaction and overall happiness. He didn't need to press me for a sale and yet had confidence in the cars we looked at. He also helped with me trading in my previous car towards payment. William Phan helped me in financing. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He assisted me in also purchasing and anti theft device called theft patrol and a luxury care plan that seals the paint to protect it from weather, tree sap and scratches. Both gentlemen were very patient and curtious. They will be a major reason i comeback to this dealership because i know he is there to help me with being 100 % satisfied with purchase.
