Ruben was great. We were at Long Lexus and was not successful in purchasing a car. We went over to browse at Longo Toyota and met Ruben at used car lot, but then tr We were at Long Lexus and was not successful in purchasing a car. We went over to browse at Longo Toyota and met Ruben at used car lot, but then transition over to new lot and found a vehicle we like. He was willing to negotiate an offer so we went and purchase the car. The professionalism and his body language toward us are welcoming so we bought the car.
