They do such massive volume of vehicles, that the individual buyer doesn't matter. This was my 5th or 6th vehicle I bought there. I, naively, thought they'd do whatever they can to assure they continue to get my business. Nope. They wouldn't even match the Carvana offer on my trade in. How weird. Just buy it at that offer, and then sell it to Caravana seems like a no brainer. No. That would have been too difficult for them. This is just one small example, of many. I don't know if a different Toyota dealership will treat me better, but I know I'll never use Gladstone again. More
