I have changed my review & rating, since purchasing the vehicle. It was not the good experience that I originally noted. Problem #1-the finance manager left a message, over a week later, to say that payme vehicle. It was not the good experience that I originally noted. Problem #1-the finance manager left a message, over a week later, to say that payment had not been received and they would be initiating finance charges. Payment was made in full within 24 hours of receiving the car by immediate transfer (same bank). His reasoning was he has too much to take care of, to actually match my amount due with incoming payments. Many return phone call attempts were made to his full inbox, before finally reaching this person. Stressful & time wasting. Problem #2-I looked over the entire vehicle twice, as well as test drove it. 30 minutes in to my 3 hour drive home, there was an unmistakeable golfball shaped indentation in the hood-right in front of the steering wheel. The dent is not noted on the Carfax report, nor in the dealership paperwork. It is not visible in the dealership photos. I have to think this dent happened between the test drive & taking ownership of the vehicle. #3-this is a gold certified vehicle. The interior lenses for the headlights have a film/condensation that only became apparent at night, also on my drive home from the dealership. Visibility was minimal. They did not notice this? Still waiting on paperwork. As much as the sales associate and the sales managers claimed how honest & easy this dealership is, they are no different than any other dealership. More
