I was pleasantly (and completely) mistaken. Thanks to Ruben, who will have my business ANY time I need to purchase a vehicle in the future, I got a great vehicle that was acquired without having to play any games. I can't recommend Ruben enough and have already shared his information with friends interested in purchasing either new or used vehicles. I also had the pleasure of working with Patti in the finance office, who was, like Ruben, incredibly helpful and did a wonderful job of explaining not only what every individual part of the paperwork that needed to be signed was, but also exactly what the paperwork meant in layman's terms... There is no doubt these two made my experience at VW of Naples the best car buying experience I have ever had. They have a customer for life! More
