We were in the market for a new van, since ours was well past it's prime. We started looking on the Internet, like most people, and found one that was for us. His name was Jason Crocker and he called us the next day promptly and made us an appointment to look at the van. He was very pleasant to work with and not pushy at all. He took the time to go over a new van and the used one he had on his lot, we spent over 3+ hours picking out a van. We picked out a new one and this was no easy task, since I had my kids with me and sometimes they can be a handful. I would highly recommend this dealership and Jason to my family and friends. Tyler was very patient - he understood that while I was looking to buy a new car that I had to do so in my free time while the kids were at school. I also have multiple special needs to work around and to looking to buy a new car that I had to do so in my free time while the kids were at school. I also have multiple special needs to work around and to incorporate into the decision process of what kind of car to purchase. The end result is that it took 2 days and him driving to Lawrenceville twice to get the job done - I wouldn't have this car if he hadn't been able to do that. I also like the new 2 yr service contract that is offered with the oil changes. I must also say that this is the first vehicle of about 16 we've purchased from Hayes that we have ever bought the extended warranty and gap insurance - it was actually really affordable to do so this time. Ruben was very easy to work with and it was nice to meet Mr. Hayes for the first time. I like walking into a dealership and not being "bombarded" but able to really review my choices and have some quality time to make a good decision - especially given the needs I have to consider - things like a tow hitch and 3rd row seating are not wants for us but needs so that we can take all our children and the wheelchair for one of them with us wherever we go. Tyler was very patient throughout and that gave me time to really think through the options we had. We had looked at several other dealers and types of cars but somehow we always end up back at Hayes - this time my 9 year old found the right car for us online at the Hayes website! In the end, I'm extremely happy, my children are happy, and my wallet will be happy because I'm spending less on gas every week now. Thank you for another great experience Hayes! More
